StrengthsAwesome design, high quality peice! This, to me, is THE intake to have. The fact that it incorporates the cold air inlet from the factory inbox is the deal maker!
WeaknessesPricey. But worth it!

StrengthsGreat sound. Wonderful difference in performance from stop. More use of gears due to less restricted revs. Looks good too!
WeaknessesPrice - but it is worth it!!! Cleaning - but I bought two filters to switch out without much down time.
OverallLOVE IT!!!! I think the install that uses the tranny bolt is wrong. I did not use tranny bolt but relied on the existing air intake hose as well as the throttle body connection to secure the unit. I have had it for several months and have inspected it, no problems without the tranny bolt connection. Plus cleaning filter will be easier because the tranny connection is one less connection to undo in order to take filter out. Most people are swayed from buying because of the cleaning involved and it will be more as the Mini engine compartment is not as sealed from the elements as I would like. I tell the tool-scared people to get a performance filter for their factory airbox.
