Installation Levels

1-3 Novice
Installation is simple and should be done yourself. If you can boil water, then "you can do it" (Water Boy). You probably don't need more than a couple of screw drivers and a wrench or two.

4-6 Intermediate
Installation is still relatively simple. If you can follow instructions, "you can do it" (Water Boy). A socket set, car jack stands, and perhaps a few other tools may be needed.

7-8 Advanced
Installation requires a more in depth knowledge of cars and more tools. The average do it yourselfer could still complete the installation, but may get a little frustrated with things like disassembly, specialized tools, and the need for two people for the install.

9-10 Professional
Usually you will come out ahead to have a professional do the install. He has all the specialized tools, equipment, and training to do the job right.
